At PumpASAP.com, we strive to provide high-quality pumps and accessories. However, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. Please review our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

No Returns on Clearance Items

All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns for Manufacturer Defects or Damages

     If your product has a manufacturer defect or was damaged during shipping, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

     All returns must be approved by us before they are shipped back.

     Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

     Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, manuals, and accessories.

     We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before processing a refund or replacement.

Acuflow Pumps Warranty

General Return Guidelines

  1. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

     All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before being shipped back.

     Unauthorized returns will be refused.

     To request an RMA, please email us at info@pumpasap.com.

  1. Condition of Returned Items

     Items must be in new, unused, and untested condition.

     Any item that has been used, tested, wired, connected to pipes, or assembled is not eligible for return.

     Returns must include all original packaging and components.

     Items returned in a non-resalable condition will not be accepted.

  1. Returns Due to Change of Mind or Non-Defective Reasons

     PumpASAP.com does not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect product ordered, or customer no longer needing the item.

     Only items with manufacturer defects or shipping damage are eligible for return consideration.

     Please review all product details carefully before ordering or contact us with any questions.

  • Processing & Fees
  •      Returns will be inspected upon receipt.

         Processing time for returns is 1-2 weeks.

         A 20% restocking fee may apply.

         If the return is approved, the refund will be issued minus any applicable fees.

         Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

    1. Order Cancellations

         If you cancel an order after placing it, a 10% credit card processing and internal cancellation processing fee will be deducted from your refund, even if the order has not been shipped.

    1. Inspection Upon Delivery

         Customers should inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

         If any damage is found, contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

         Pumps that have been used or tested

         Products that require assembly (pumps with motors, wired products, or connected items)
